This document sets out the general terms (the “Terms”) for using the Veld Markholm platform. It governs the rights and obligations between you as a user and the platform operator. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or conducting transactions. They form the legal basis of use and are binding for both parties.
By registering, logging in, using the offered features or performing other activities on Veld Markholm you expressly and fully accept these Terms of Use. Use of Veld Markholm is permitted only for adults aged 18 and over. Minors or legally incapable persons must not use the platform. If we suspect violation of this age requirement, we reserve the right to block, restrict or delete accounts.
Platform operations may be subject to temporary technical interruptions, maintenance windows, updates or outages – for example due to market volatility, high server load or external events. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, algorithms, pricing models or available markets may be expanded, changed, restricted or discontinued at any time without claims against Veld Markholm.
All platform content – texts, graphics, design, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI-based analyses – are protected by copyright, trademark and other rights and are the property of Veld Markholm or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public disclosure or commercial use without our explicit written consent is prohibited and may have civil and criminal consequences.
As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification data, contacts, payment details) is accurate, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data will be processed solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Veld Markholm – whether manually or via AI automation – are your sole responsibility and carried out at your own risk. Veld Markholm provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personal financial advice, recommendations or guaranteed profits. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) can be very volatile and may lead to the total loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Invest only funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time – for example due to regulatory changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will inform you in good time (usually at least 14 days) via email, platform messages or on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes you may close your account.
